How to Register as a Vendor for This Event
Capital Mall in Olympia, WA is proud to support local small businesses. With over 5 million estimated shoppers per year generating $208 million in sales annually, this is a premium opportunity for small businesses to generate sales and develop their local customer base. Our artisan market pop-up is centrally located and out in the main courtyard of the mall where we get plenty of foot traffic. All SSAG Capital Mall events are advertised by Capital Mall in addition to the advertising that we do for all South Sound Artisan Guild events. The only way to register for SSAG events is by completing the registration form on the website. The registration forms for each event are linked on the Events page and can also be accessed from the drop-down menu on the Events tab. Once we have received your registration form, we will review it for eligibility. To be eligible to participate in SSAG events you must be able to legally operate in the state of Washington, therefore, we will conduct a search through the Department of Revenue to ensure your business is properly licensed. We will review your product and display photos on your website or social media pages which you provided on your registration form. If you do not have an online presence, then we ask that you submit a few photos of your display and products along with your registration form in an email to SouthSoundArtisanGuild@gmail.com
Once your registration form and photos have passed the initial jury review, Capital Mall will conduct a final review for your entry into the market. This process generally only takes a few days. We know you have a busy calendar and need to schedule your events in advance; therefore, you will be notified as soon as possible with your acceptance or denial for the event. Once you have been accepted you will be sent an email notification and an invoice for the booth fee. Your registration is not final until your invoice is paid within the allowed time frame. There is a lot of demand for vendor spaces at our markets, so we do not hold un-paid spaces.
Vendor spaces are first come, first served. We have a limited number of spaces available and a limit of accepted vendors for each category to ensure a diverse marketplace for you to sell your merchandise, so don’t wait to sign up or your category may be full!
